Michael H. Whitehead

Mr. Whitehead is a partner in the transactional group at Reese, Pyle, Drake & Meyer, P.L.L. He received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. magna cum laude from Miami University.

Although his practice has an emphasis on helping clients address real estate law matters, Mr. Whitehead also spends a considerable amount of his time assisting clients with their estate planning concerns, business transactions, corporate governance and compliance, and advising families on the probate court process.

Mr. Whitehead is the President of the law firm-owned title agency, Stimson House Title, Inc. (2006 to present) and is the Licking County Law Librarian. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

In addition to his professional experiences, Mr. Whitehead also dedicates his time and efforts to civic endeavors. He has served as a member of the Board of Moundbuilders Guidance Center, Inc. since 2002, serving as Secretary of the Board (2006-2007) and more recently as President of the Board (2008 to present). He also is a member of Behavioral Health Care Partners, Inc.

Mr. Whitehead currently resides in Granville and enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their two sons, Sullivan and Shane.
